Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to create an ArrowPath account. Accounts are for parents, guardians, and adult instructors—not children. You represent that you have authority to enter, manage, export, and delete every child record you place in the service and that you will supervise any child who views or participates in activities using your account.

ArrowPath provides planning, scheduling, progress, attendance, assessment, reporting, file, calendar, and curriculum tools for homeschool use. The service is currently free and does not collect payment information or offer paid subscriptions. Features may change as the service is improved, but these Terms will not silently create a payment obligation.

• Provide accurate adult account information and protect your sign-in credentials.
• Use ArrowPath only for lawful educational and household purposes.
• Do not access another family's information, disrupt the service, bypass limits or security controls, upload malware, or use automated access that burdens the service.
• Do not upload material you do not have the right to use or information that is unnecessary for the student's homeschool record.

You retain ownership of information and files you submit. You grant ArrowPath a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, back up, export, and improve the service for you. This license ends when the content is deleted, subject to normal backup and legal-retention periods described in the Privacy Policy.

Optional connections to Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, and other displayed providers are also governed by those providers' terms. You choose whether to connect them and may disconnect calendar providers from ArrowPath. AI-assisted book scanning can be incomplete or incorrect; you are responsible for reviewing extracted curriculum information before relying on it for instruction or records.

ArrowPath may experience interruptions, defects, or data loss despite reasonable care. The operator may restrict or suspend an account to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or prevent harm. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. If ArrowPath is discontinued, reasonable notice and an export opportunity will be provided when practicable.

ArrowPath is an organizational tool, not a school, educational agency, legal service, tax service, or guarantee of compliance with a state's homeschool requirements. You remain responsible for instruction, required notices, records, assessments, and legal obligations that apply to your family.

To the extent permitted by law, ArrowPath is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free records. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the free service. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.

Texas law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas, unless applicable law requires another forum. Material changes will receive a new effective date and, when appropriate, notice before they take effect.
